To ensure we are fully adhering to the new smoking legislation which came into effect on the 1^st July 2007, we are now a non-smoking bar and hotel.

Thank you for supporting us in offering our staff and customers a better environment to work, dine and socialise in.

I do hope our smoking customers will find our courtyard area a pleasant area to enjoy a cigarette in comfort.  If you require the heaters on, please do not hesitate to ask a member of our staff.

I would also like to take this opportunity to re-affirm that this is a law, and as such we have a legal responsibility to enforce it on our premises.  The consequences of smoking in an enclosed area may result in any or all of the following:

·      Fixed penalties for staff

·      Fixed penalties for those found to be smoking

·      Major fines

·      Possible imprisonment for licensees

So please help us make the transition go as smoothly as possible and help us do what we do best – looking after you in a friendly, safe environment, offering the best service and standards.
